Anxiety and Depression
Almost everyone  goes throught times when they feel anxitious or depressed. Our day to to day routine lives are filled with demandes, expectations, and stress which take an emotional and fisical tole.At times we find ourselfs overweled, as if these strugles way on us and take over our coping abilities.

Trauma

The definition for trauma, according to approuch I work with (EMDR) is: any event that has a long lasting effect on the self, or the psyche. this means that trauma dosen't only pertain to life threatning event or losses, rather than more 'ordinerary' situations. For example: getting fired, giving birth, seperations, helth issues for ourselfs or our sourndings. All those can be experienced as traumatic and cause  a great deal of mental pain.

Romantic Relationships

Our romantic relationships are usually the most meaningful and complex ones we have. In these modern times we spend so many resources, and go through endless trainings. Yet, often our relationships are left neglected and unguided. In fact, many encounter difficulties in different stages in relationships, such as: being able to sustain a meaningful relationship, finding the right partner, maintaining the relationship in a changing reality, etc.

Life Changes- Immigration

One of the things that defines this city is the fact that so many of its occupants relocated from somewhere across the globe. Another characteristic is that living here tends to be temporary. Everything is fast pace and quick to change. This diversity brings us new tastes, interests and multiculturalism. On the other hand, it can make us struggle to fit in and work harder to adjust to an unfamiliar surroundings. It is mormalto feel detached, lonely and homesick under these circumstances. Research of immigrants has shown that people who relocate their lives, tend to the have higher levels of distress.

Adult Attention Deficit Disorder

In these times, everyone is much attuned to children with ADHD. That was not always the case for our generation during childhood. Latest neuropsychological studies subjects that the ability to pay attention and remain concentrated should be regarded on a scale. Furthermore, they state that everyone is located somewhere on the spectrum of attention disorders. Different things influence our attention, such as: fatigue, overload of stress, anxiety, depression, etc. Research shows this is a tendency determined at birth, which can be treated both behaviorally and with medication.

Smoking Cession

It has been stated that one of hardest withdrawals we go through- is saying goodbye to cigarettes. Some smokers love the very act itself, some do it even though they can't stand the smell, the price, or the risks involved .At some point or another, all smokers come to  a crossroad in life, and they decide to quit.
